About Habify

During the last few years, we have noticed how environmentally conscious customers are becoming. We founded Habify to offer home improvements in a more sustainable way with an unrivaled level of customer service, at competitive prices.

Our environmental ethos

Building to last...

Building to last...

The warm roof system we use on conservatories is built to last. The tiles are guaranteed for up to 50 years and the product itself should also last as long. The materials used within the roof ( wood, aluminium, insulation ) are all recyclable materials.

Recycling Waste

Recycling waste...

The local waste disposal company we use focuses on maximising recycling. Waste that cannot be recycled is used as fuel to generate electricity and heating. They make sure our customers’ old conservatory roof and windows don’t wind up in landfill.

Purchasing Responsibly

Purchasing responsibly...

UPVCs long lifespan, low maintenance, and potential for high-quality re-use make it one of the most sustainable products currently available in the building and home improvement market.

Checking Quality

Checking quality...

All of our materials are delivered to site to minimise carbon footprint. We have long standing relationships with our suppliers and all goods are quality checked before and after their transportation.

Exceeding Requirements

Exceeding requirements...

The Building Regulations lay out minimum standards for thermal efficiency. This doesn’t go far enough for us, and we only install warm roof systems that are market leading and exceed thermal efficiency rules. This saves our customers a great deal of energy.

Minor Details

Minor details...

Even the paper we use for contracts, quotes and all printed materials such as brochures and leaflets is from a local company that is mindful of environmental matters: InterPrint is proud to be accredited by ISO9001 and ISO14001 and the FSC.

Looking to the future...

We are aiming for all of our company vehicles to be electric in the near future. Electric vans (of a decent size) have only really entered the consumer market this year (2020) but we never stop thinking about ways we can improve our environmental impact.

Ecologically Sourced

Our aim is to offer high quality, responsibly sourced products that improve the energy efficiency of the homes we install them in.

Fensa

We are accredited by FENSA, the governing body for the industry which means we comply with all building regulations.

10 Years

For our customers’ peace of mind, all of our work comes with an independently-insured 10-year guarantee from our accreditor, HomePro.
